When orders ship
Standing inventory ships in five to seven business days. Printed on demand in the US — no restocks, no shelf inventory, no warehouse aging. Your order goes to print when you place it.
Editions ship on the same schedule as everything else — printed when you order, out the door in five to seven business days.
Where we ship
US shipping is the default. Free over $60. Flat-rate under that — calculated at checkout, no surprises.
International — we'll add lanes as listeners ask. Email attheendoftheday@gmail.com if you're outside the US and want a quote. We'll come back with a number.
Returns and replacements
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong — wrong item, wrong size shipped, not what you ordered — email attheendoftheday@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. It gets replaced, free, no argument.
Sizing mistakes on apparel — everything prints to order, so we can't take returns on the wrong size ordered. Check the size chart first. Email us if you're between sizes and want a recommendation before you buy.
Tracking
Tracking email lands the day your order ships. Apple Mail and Outlook deliver fine. Gmail occasionally files it under Promotions — check there first if it's missing from your inbox.
